AIC2026 Gala Dinner

Join us for an unforgettable evening to celebrate the closing of AIC2026!

The Gala Dinner will take place on Friday, 4 September 2026, from 19:30 to 23:00, at The Social Hub Florence Belfiore, Viale Belfiore 55, Florence.

The evening will feature a rich buffet of traditional Italian cuisine, offering a true taste of Italy’s culinary heritage:

• Pinzimonio of fresh vegetables with chickpea hummus
• Pecorino di Seggiano with sweet-and-sour giardiniera and warm focaccia
• Cured ham with gnocco fritto and crescenza cheese
• Finocchiona with sun-dried tomatoes, marinated olives and taralli
• Green salad with roasted vegetables, taggiasca olives and mozzarella
• Flatbread (pizza alla pala) with anchovies and wild oregano
• Crispy chicken wrap with spring onion mayonnaise
• Octopus salad with potatoes, celery and olives
• Mezze maniche pasta “Scarpariello” with tomato sauce and cherry tomatoes
• Roast beef with mustard and roasted vegetables, or beef carpaccio with pickled vegetables
• Tiramisù
